Why do undocumented illegals bring rocks to a gun fight?

The poor agents are in a no win situation because if they shoot the illegals for any reason our federal government thinks it's wrong. Our government promotes illegal immigration and this applies to both parties. The Democrats want the votes through amnesty and the Republicans want the slave labor. If the agents shoot an illegal, the government can be sued (as with Ramos for shooting a repeated drug runner and spent 10 years in prison), and the criminal becomes a millionaire.
