PLEASE HELP. Do I have a Stye or Chalazion?

Given its initial presentation and its location near the margin of the eyelid, I'd say its a A hordeolum (stye). Warm compress is the treatment of choice for both hordeolum and chalazion. If it persists for more than 7 days then it may be a chalazion and may need to be treated by a doctor.
