Isn't it ironic how Owe-Bama has flipflopped on the debt ceiling after he increased our debt by 60% in 5 years?

He's not a scumbag at all-it's the previous administration who started two unfunded wars and a Wall Street bailout plan without budgeting for them at all and then left the mess for President Obama and the Democxrats to clean up, as usual. Guess the Shrub didn't want to add yet more debt to his already out-of-control spending.
