What do you think of this meal plan ?
i am looking to build muscle burn fat want protein as high as possible to reach that 1 gram of protein per pound philisophy : breakfeast - whole wheat cherrios/1% milk, yogurt,snack 1- oatmeal,beans,lunch -salad w grilled chicken,fruit, snack-2- peanut butter(low fat) sandwiches on whole wheat bread,nuts,dinner- dinner with family ,usually will contain veggies sweet potatoes chicken snack 3 -salad at work if home probably a couple of peanut butter sandwiches on whole wheat bread. well guys or gals tell me what you think how you would improve. i am satisfied with my workout routine so please only comment on the nutrition thanks in advance
