Nose piercing infection?

I got my nose pierced about a month ago. Since the beginning there was absolutely no problems, no bumps or anything. So I recently purchased a hoop for it. Although, a day before there seemed to look like a zit next to it, not directly on it, so I assumed there was nothing wrong. I bought the hoop and soaked it in rubbing alcohol and cleaned my nose with saltwater and switched the rings. The bump turned red and up til now has been pussing and when I go to bed the pus forms a crust in the morning and the bumps still there. I have been cleaning it daily, and putting polysporin on it, I've been doing this for a few days but not noticing any improvement. Suggestions please?
