Bump on my lip lip piercing ?

i got lip pierced about 3 weeks ago. i was going to change it but i noticed a lip bump . its not like a bubble. it just looks swollen with a hard bump. & i noticed that it bled last night. I had a little bit of red crust around it . what should i do? it doesn't hurt at all.
