Which kind of "breading" is used on most frozen "chicken strips" or "chicken tenders" found in super markets?

Processed and frozen items have a wet batter and then are sprinkled with a seasoned crumb mix, the flash fried to set the coatings, and finally flash frozen at -20 d C or 40 d F, until solid, then packaged up, set in large freezers until shipped and sold at the shops, as chef I toured a plant here in Canada that makes these kinds of products, they do the same in the UK, at home you can do them fresh and with a better selection of meats, I chop the breast and few thighs no matter f I am using chicken or turkey, bind them, freeze the portions and bread from frozen.
