This girl re-entered my life. What do I do?

I recently reaccquainted with a girl that I knew in high school. I'm 23 now, but we met in 2001 when we were freshman in high school. She was my first everything - kiss, make-out sessions, etc. We have always shared this certain bond. About three months ago we started hanging out, but so far have kept it purely platonic. We haven't mentioned anything about fooling around several years ago. She is dead set on trying to find a job, but truth be told she seems to just be spinning wheels. on the other hand i am moving to tuscaloosa in august to attend Bama. This means we'll probably still be geographically close. I remember a lot of great times with her, and a couple of memories of us sharing how we feel about life. She's a wonderful friend, but I would like to chance to be more than just her friend. What do I do?
