PLEASE HELP! my belly piercing hurts & might be infected!?

I've had my belly button pierced for a month and a day. Today like an idiot, I took it out completely to clean it because there was crust around the barbell which was irritating me. I took the ring out and cleaned the barbell with an alcohol swab and put it back in and it started bleeding and began to HURT BADLY. It hurts to move in certain ways and to bend. It's not red and puss hasn't been coming out so I'm guessing it's not infected but what do I do!? I looked up on yahoo answers a few things but nothing is helping me It hasn't even been 24 hours that it's been like this. i've tried everything. What should I do if it's still like this tomorrow? it's been like this for about 9 hours. I put salt in a cup and filled it with hot water (not too hot) and put the cup to my stomach, I put "band aid" on a q-tip and cleaned around it & I also cleaned it with H2Ocean but i'm still in a great amount of pain. If I go see a doctor they're just going to tell me to take it out so please tell me what to do, I know cleaning it with alcohol was a dumb thing to do and taking it out was a dumb thing to do because it's not healed yet. please answer.
