Help! I'm worried my nose is infected badly?

So I had a stud put in my nose two months ago, Tuesday I went to a piercing shop and got a ring for it and had them put it in because I was afraid of messing it up. Well now it's turning black/purple around the ring, crusting up, and bleeding. Is it infected? Or is it rejecting? What wrong I'm starting to get worried! Please help.
